Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHOD

The shipping method is by USPS COURIER.

For domestic shipping (United States and Puerto Rico) this is the time frame offered by USPS: 

-USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

-USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days 

-USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

International shipping fare varies by weight and destination. This is the time frame offered by USPS: 

-USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

-USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days

 

USPS does not guarantee the package transit times.

Packages may be delayed due to high demand in US holiday season.

Shipping times do not include processing times which can take from 2-4 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

 

PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays. Please allow up to 2-4 business days after placing your order for processing. 

Do you need to receive your order at a certain time frame? Please contact us at omgaccessoriesmsv@gmail.com prior to placing your order as we can offer other expedited shipping and handling services.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then you can contact us at omgaccessoriesmsv@gmail.com.

 

INSUFFICIENT or INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to the sender (OMG Accessories) due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.

OMG Accessories is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the courier.
